5 juice recipes to begin your juice journey


With your juice fast you want to include 4 juices that incorporate the colours of the rainbow, a bone or veggie broth and a nut milk tea to finish the day.

Heres some of my favourites :

ANTI-INFLAM (green juice)

1/2 zucchini, 1/2 green apple, 3cm fresh ginger , 2 celery sticks, a cup of kale, 1 lemon and 1 Tbsp of elevate (Miss Vitality greens and reds)

IMMUNITY KICK (orange juice)

2cm turmeric, 1 carrot, 1/2 grapefruit, 1/2 red apple, 1 lemon, 1/2 sweet potato, sprinkle of cinnamon

IMMUNITY SHOT

1 orange, 1 lemon, 2cm piece ginger, 2cm piece of turmeric, 1 drop of oregano oil

AFTERNOON SPRITZER

1 lemon, 1/2 pear, sprinkle of cayenne pepper, 1/2 glass mineral water CIRCULATION BOOSTER

1/2 red apple, 1 beetroot, 1 carrot, 1 lemon, 3cm piece fresh ginger

You will also want to include a good bone broth or veggie broth, which are super easy to make yourself. Stay tuned I will post up my two faves tomorrow.
