My name is Tracy Hill and I graduated in 2013 with a Diploma of Remedial Massage. From there I went on to work with sports physiotherapists, functional movement trainers and athletes in Perth gaining a vast knowledge of sport biomechanics, movement physiology and anatomy.
I have since gone on to complete certificates in : Functional Movement Therapy, Sports Taping, Barefoot Training, Anti-gravity Training, Vibration Therapy and Anatomy Trains for Manual Therapists.
My passion lies in the body, treating it as a whole and giving my clients knowledge, about the current pain or discomfort in their body and educating them on how they can best empower themselves to live in a more pain free space.
Constantly engaging in new learning, I iam driven to keep up to date with latest research and methods to ensure I give my clients the best treatment available.
Every treatment includes customised exercises and movements which will assist my clients to move free-er, train fluidly and avoid injury.

DEEP TISSUE / SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports massage is a deeper massage treatment focusing on the demands placed upon the body by the clients specific sport.
The aim is to return you to your desired sports activity with the same or an even better level of function.
Myofascial Release is a gentle, safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into restrictions in the connective tissue to eliminate pain and restore motion.
A Myofascial Movement session will allow you to:
discover your potential to move with ease in a full range, release into movement ,overcome poor posture and habits contributing to pain ,rebalance the neural and motor systems
Dry Needing improves pain control, reduces muscle tension, normalizes motor function, and facilitates an accelerated return to active rehabilitation.
Sports taping offered by Freerange Massage and Movement includes rigid taping suitable for isolating sprains and strains and kinesiology taping suitable for assisting the support of muscles in movement and reducing fatigue in tissue
Vibration therapy uses low frequency vibration to assist reducing tension in the tissue by placing the muscle in quick contraction, we use either power plate, TENS or ultrasound to achieve great results for the body
